Louise Taylor is our new Head of Customer Experience at SCG SW and brings a wealth of experience with her into the role. Responsible for keeping customers happy and at the forefront of every interaction, her cheery smile brightens up the office.


Customer experience may be her priority but what does Louise love most about her job? “I love this role, it’s always evolving and changing, nothing is ever the same and there is always a fresh challenge to overcome.”


“I love the freedom there is in SCG to really listen to our customers and have the flexibility to create a solution for them when they come to us with an issue”


“We are always considering how what we do impacts or will be received by our customers. We want to be the trusted partner for our customers, and I am always looking at ways that can foster that relationship.”

When you ask her what her proudest moment at SCG is, it’s not necessarily what you expect; “First and foremost being able to positively contribute to building the careers of junior members of our group and seeing their success is amazing!

Secondly, putting customer experience centre stage and presenting at our Group Senior Management Meetings.”
