Adam is our Operations Director and in the 25 years he has spent in the industry, he has had various roles from engineer to manager, and now director. The experience he has gained means he can bring a calm head and a steady hand to any situation.

“The key thing for me is driving my teams to do the right thing for our customers, making sure we give them the best experience possible.”

Customer experience may be a priority for everyone at SCG SW but what is the best part about this job for Adam?

“I have always been interested in technology and this industry gives me the ability to constantly expand my knowledge. As my role has changed over the years, I really enjoy helping the team develop, encouraging them to push their boundaries and improve.”


“I am extremely proud of what we have achieved in the past 18 months, merging three companies and moving to a new office has had its challenges but has been advantageous. We have a fantastic team in place all pulling in the same direction, providing a great foundation for the future.”


When you ask Adam to share his favourite SCG SW product or service, it’s an easy answer.

“We have a large product portfolio that can meet any customers needs. Having our own cloud-based telephony platform Evonex, makes us stand out from the competition. I love the fact that our staff really care about the service they provide and go out of their way to make clients happy.”
