Katie Lancaster is our new Financial Controller, who is responsible for analysing the business revenue, cost and trends. Katie smiles when you ask what she most enjoys about her job: “I love problem solving and analysis, so this role is perfect for me.
Her proudest moment at SCG is easy to pick out too: “Completing seven years of accountancy exams with the company, from apprentice to where I am now has been amazing. And I’m thrilled to be joining the fabulous SCG-SW Team!”
Katie helps customers by directing customer calls correctly when they phone accounts in the first instance, a part of her job she really enjoys. “It’s great to have direct interactions with our clients.
I also take customers’ invoice payments by Direct Debit seamlessly, making it quicker and easier for them.”
When you ask Katie to share her favourite SCG SW product or service, it’s an easy answer.
