Luke is one of our wonderful Service Assurance Technicians, and he works on the majority of our products without any outside help thanks to his wide and varied skill set. This means that he is able to resolve issues for our customers as quickly as possible.
“The job is so varied and every day is different. Most faults and changes can be done remotely, which makes it much easier for our customers, although I do love going out to meet them face-to-face.”
When you ask him what his proudest moment at SCG South West has been, Luke grins:
“I’ve completed some fairly large installations and some of them have been entirely remote. It’s always a proud moment when everything has gone smoothly and been handed over to the customer.”
Choosing his favourite product is an easy choice though: “My favourite product is the Wildix Phone System due to its flexibility and rich feature set. We can access these systems remotely without any complexity allowing us to make any changes required quickly and efficiently.”
